How have you been coping with the problem(s) that brought you into therapy? What have you tried so far?

the light timing chain Delia on bad therapy how about and how I cope with the problem without therapy is through meditation Rio got through helping others your empowering myself with knowledge and not seeing myself as a victim of the problem has a solution and pink solution base has really helped me focus more on the solution than the problem and I guess if my cookie making is in because I focus on Solutions and not open and the problems that brought me into therapy most of them like I figured the solution for them and yoga and meditation are the biggest factor and reading and like strengthening my spiritual well-being has really helped a lot and my journey and cocaine but all of these problems honestly because if it was just me I probably would still be in depression and things like that but I meant is how to cook with depression and when I feel depression coming along I know that I can just make tea Medicaid and be with myself be one with myself and you're the problem disappearing in my life because some of the problem I I found some shoes for them but like I said, spend I don't have two solutions for them and I have to accept it behind myself. I do a solution to every problem I know that someday. According to my timeline

for me is getting stuck getting that but will definitely put things and I keep on moving forward and staying consistent because if I stay and not working myself and not work on my spiritual growth on my well-being on my lifestyle then it will worsen the situation that's what I say and amoeba sisters the problem just makes it worse if something ever in life so this is thing also causes the situation to the words hentai to accept and let go and just allow things to unfold as the info and just accept that everything happens in Divine timing
